A light, dry, and very bubbly English sparkling wine. A pale yellow complexion with hints of lime, the bubbles overwhelm the taste to a significant degree. A refreshing tangy dryness with little alcoholic bite.

Smell of minerals, lemons, pears, dryness. Initial sharpness smooths in a rush of bubbles to a touch of apple, lemon, raisins, and peach. Smooth, dry finish.
