Wine: Chapel Down Pinot Reserve (Sparkling) (2002) - Chapel Down - Pinot Blanc

A refreshing tangy dryness with little alcoholic bite.

A light, but complex tasting smooth wine. The oaking really adds to the flavour in a subtle way, resulting in a wine that works well even at room temperature.

This is a remarkably light, fruity wine. Provides a spicy, almost tobacco, taste. A good wine without food, slightly too light for most dishes.
